“Errin Epstein, our Family Service Advisor, was superb! He made our family feel very comfortable. He explained everything clearly and pointed out what was important. He took our call immediately the day after our initial meeting and we completed our paperwork the very next day. A real pleasure to work with him under such trying times. Thank you Errin!”

“I was greeted very kindly by a gentleman in the front who introduced me to Jackie who was able to help me to find closure with my friend who had recently passed the family who was out of state did not do a very good job of communication. So i took a chance that my friend was still at the facility and she was. Jackie was able to bring her urn to a private room for me so I could say goodbye. The warmth and care that I was shown was shown was wonderful. As I was leaving Byran introduced himself and made sure if I needed anything else they would be there to help me. If I lived in Fl I would use their services. Thank you Jackie and staff for getting me thru this difficult time”
