“Craig was absolutely amazing. He is one of the most personable, professional people I’ve worked with and he kept an upbeat and respectful attitude and sense of humor during our difficult time, which as so appreciated. Literally no aspect of the process was a surprise or unclear, as Craig explained every single detail, option, price, timeline, etc. which is so helpful in times like this when families are either navigating unfamiliar territory or are just too overwhelmed to make choices or plans. Hopefully we won’t need to work with Craig again anytime soon due to the nature of the business, but we will absolutely recommend and work with Craig the next time we have a loss in our Florida family.”

“We had the shock and unexpected passing of our daughter, the end of November. Holly Donahue has been a Godsent to our family in helping us through the most difficult time in our life. She set up the appointment with Craig who did a great job , but she also helped after the fact with some issues at another gravesite of our grandson from 2007. She truly is a very caring and compassionate person and we greatly appreciate all she has done.”
