Warren Louis Manhardt

Warren Louis Manhardt of Fort Myers, Florida passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Friday, April 13, 2018 following some recent health challenges.  He was 83 years old.

Warren was born on December 29, 1934 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the proud son of Anita Augusta (Stahl) and Raymond Ernst Manhardt.  He was married to and leaves behind his loving wife Patricia E. (Grosz) Manhardt and his devoted daughters Leah A. Nadeau of El Paso, Texas and Laurie A. Sharpe (Mike) of Bartlett, Tennessee. Also left to preserve his memory are his cherished three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Warren and his wife Pat have been long-time residents of Cross Creek and he was an active, veteran performer with “The Cross Creek Players,” (his pride and joy.)  He was also a Director and President of The Board of Directors of Single Family II and was active throughout Cross Creek and the greater community at-large.  Warren was also a member of the Fort Myers Elks Lodge, No. 1288 for many years and was awarded “Elk of the Year” several times.

  4. Dear Pat, I am so sorry for Warrens Passing, I remember when he made the turkey soup after Thanksgiving at our house here in Oklahoma. We had a good time, going to lights on in Tulsa, and Warren caring one of our grandsons on his shoulders. It was wonderful sharing our Children and Grandchildren’s many Happy occasions together!     So sorry to hear of Warren’s passing. Joe was the same age and died just 2 years ago. I have sold our home in Fl. and moved back to Wisconsin to be near my daughters.

    We are so sorry for your loss .
    Remember all the good times we shared like when you came to Hampton bays and we got that big lobster, and you & I went to New York City on the jitney& the guys went out to Montauk, a lot of memorable times, also when we rented the chalet in Magee valley, oh yes great times
    You two were the first people we met in fairway woods , remember warren in his bread making mode, we ate soooo much bread, it sure was good, every day at the pool he brought bread, yes we had great times together, that’s for sure.❤️❤️❤️❤️
