Aldo Joseph Presutti's Obituary
Aldo Joseph Presutti of Fort Myers, Florida and formerly of Naperville, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly in his home Sunday, March 13, 2016. He was 79. He was born July 15, 1936 in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Salvatore and Maria Presutti. Aldo worked in the confectionary business as a sales manager with the E.J. Brach Company for 25 years. He remained in the confection business for 10 more years before his retirement. He was a member of St. John XXIII Catholic Church and the Pelican Preserve Golf Club, Fort Myers, Florida. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Gene Presutti and his two sisters, Barbara Petrella and Viola Pizzerferato. Aldo is survived by his loving wife of 52+ years, Sharon Presutti; their three children, Ann Marie Presutti of San Francisco, California, Teresa Clare Piotrowski (Ted) of Glencoe, Illinois Aldo Joseph Presutti, Jr. of Chicago, Illinois and his grandson, Trent Louis Piotrowski. He is also survived by his mother in law, Clara Colombo of Fort Myers, Florida; sister in law, Egidia Presutti of Newington, Connecticut and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 1pm until 2pm Thursday, March 17, 2016 in St. John XXIII Catholic Church 13060 Palomino Lane, Fort Myers, Florida 33912. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 2PM Thursday in the church. Interment with US Army Honors will immediately follow in the Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
