Anthony "Tony" Francis Rubinski Jr.'s Obituary
Anthony “Tony” Francis Rubinski, Jr., a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the age of 75.
Born on December 17, 1949, in Live Oak, Florida, Tony was raised with a strong foundation of family, faith, and hard work. Known for his kind heart, quick wit, and unwavering generosity, Tony never met a stranger. To his family, he was a steady source of love and guidance; to his friends, a loyal companion always ready to lend a hand or share a good laugh.
At the age of 18, Tony enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, where he served honorably and attained the rank of Sergeant. His service was a source of pride throughout his life.
After his time in the service, he built a career as a certified dental technician and later became the proud owner of Dental Creations, Inc. He poured his skill and dedication into his work, but it was his kindness that left the greatest impression on those who knew him.
Tony loved life outside of work, too. In his younger years, he spent many happy hours coaching Little League baseball. He enjoyed boating, fishing, golfing, and cheering on his beloved Florida State Seminoles. But nothing ever compared to the joy he found in spending time with his family.
Tony was a proud and devoted husband to Cathy Karras Rubinski; a loving father to Michael Rubinski (Jessica), Brandy McAninch (Dustin); bonus father to Kristin Foell (Brian) and Jamie Karwowski; and an incredibly proud grandfather to Hudson, Bennett, Brooklyn, Fallon, Ryleigh, Adalyn, Brian, and Alexis. He is also survived by his beloved brother, Rick Rubinski (Lisa), sister-in-law, Cecilia Rubinski, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony Francis Rubinski, Sr. and Vivian (Girl) Cross Rubinski, as well as his brother, Mike Rubinski.
Family and friends are invited to honor and celebrate Tony’s life on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens, 1589 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33907.
