Arlene E. Moskwa of Cape Coral, Florida passed away peacefully at her home on August 20, 2024 following some recent health challenges. She was born in Brooklyn, New York on February 10, 1946 and was the beautiful daughter to Tessie Blumenthal. Arlene was was 78 years old at the time of her passing.
