Bridget was my lifelong buddy and my heart is full of memories- when I was 3 and she was 5 we met in Bernard St. in N Valley Stream, NY. She had pet ducks, Daisy and Donald, that followed her around. Summer meant camping in backyard tents, swimming, and fun visits to Jones Beach. Bike riding preceded driving cars, and her first new car was a sky blue Mercury. We shared dating stories, dance clubs and all the ups and downs of our young and then older lives. She was a beautiful bride when she married Tom, who were soon joined by a baby girl, Nicole. Next came Charles and Bridget and in a blink of an eye, 6 grandkids. I was so fortunate to share my life with her. Bridget is my hero, and I know nothing can separate us. She will watch over us all.
