Dear Lucy, So sorry to read that Charlie passed. I have so many wonderful memories of you and Charlie from all those summers in IL exhibiting at shows. I met Charlie in '95 and he openly shared his experiences and become my first mentor, as well as becoming a friend as the years progressed. I will never forget Charlie and all those treasured moments (and laughs) together. We also felt you and Charlie were the cutest couple. Ed just told me "I can still see Lucy sitting in the artist chair with Charlie standing behind her." That image will remain with us always. Love, Christine and Ed

I have many fond memories of my Uncle Chuck. I remember visiting Uncle Chuck and Aunt Lucy at their home in Chicago and Uncle Chuck decided I needed to be introduced to "frog legs". Taste just like chicken! Indeed. He was so fun. Always had such a good time. We have five of his watercolors hanging in our home and now they will be precious reminders of him for me. He was a very talented artist. He drew pencil sketches of each of my sisters and myself when we were very young. I still have mine, framed and hanging on the wall. You will be missed very much Uncle Chuck. We love you. Be at peace.
