Clara was one of my lifetime friends, we worked together for many years, first at J. Colin English and then Pelican Elem. She taught me about ceramics and I have got many pieces that she made for me over the years. I will always cherish them. She was one of the most gentle and kind person I ever had the privilege to work with. I will miss going to visit with her and catching up on the things going on in her life.
