Louise I wish I would have visited sooner
Louise: We were very sorry to read Jake's obituary in the Meadville Tribune. What a great guy! He was our very first insurance agent and was always friendly and cheerful, his smile and his gold-rimmed glasses seemed to be his trademark, his blue eyes shining while he talked. Our daughters still remember visiting you at your house outside of Harmonsburg; they played cards and board games with Beverly while the adults visited. Do you remember the one mail box there was way up on a pole, for AIr Mail? We still remember the old Anderson farm, up on Bentley Road, the house looks good. Please accept our sincere condolences; the world will be a lesser place without a man like Jake. The Ronnie and Carole Staab FamilyEspyville, PA
Dear Louise,We are saddened to learn of Jakes passing. Having know him all his life it is difficult toimagine such a good fun loving man has been taken from you. We both have so manyfond memories of our many golf games and outings. The fun picnics and trips. The picture shown is so like the face we will always remember. Smiling and happywith a ready humorous story to tell. We are sure he is on that glorious golf courseup above playing a round with Howdy, Pat, Dwayne and his many golf buddies..Our sympathy to you and your family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.Karrin and Neil Unger
