We are heartbroken for you at this difficult time. David was a powerful force - a true fighter who faced everything with so much strength. It was always so clear that his greatest pride was the life he built with you, and his greatest joy was his beautiful daughter Eloise.
Mark and I are finding some comfort in knowing he looked forward to being reunited with our Kati, thank you for sharing that with us. I can only imagine the beautiful reunion those two shared. David helped take care of her from the very beginning. He must have read the book "Cookie" a thousand times, one of her favorite things to do with cousin "Davey".

Sweetheart, your daddy loves you so much. He was the best father, a brave hero, and he loved every moment of your life. Even though daddy is in Heaven now with Kati, he will always be near to you. Anytime you want to hear more about your daddy, just ask mommy, Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Chris, or Kacki and Uncle Mark - we will love telling you stories about him. We love you baby girl.
