Frank was born and raised in Utica, NY, graduating from Proctor High School in 1954. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY. He worked at GE and was called into active duty in the Army Read Obituary
My deepest condolences to the Romano family. Frank was one of my first acquaintances when we moved down to South West Florida 30 years ago. Through Frank I got to meet Regina and Judy. He was kind, sincere, and a soft spoken true friend and he will be missed. Rest in peace my friend and God bless your soul.

I am so sorry Judy, this is such a heavy loss for you. Your Dad was always the first with a kind word and he lived a life of service and kindness toward everyone he met. He was so good to my Craig's family throughout their lives; and they held him in their hearts with respect and great trust. He was so remarkable in so many things; as an artist, an accountant, a community leader and especially as a devoted family man. I send my prayers and sympathy to Judy and all of her family, in the loss of this remarkable man.
My late husband met Frank through Rotary Club. Their ensuing friendship spanned many unforgettable years. The Romano family holds a special place in my heart.

I have such vivid and fond memories of Uncle Frank, Aunt Regina, Elaine and Judy visiting us in New Hartford for weekend cookouts in the 1970's. Those were wonderful, happy times. Manhattans, hot-box and hotdogs!!
Carol, our kids and I also have fond memories of vacations to Sanibel Island for Thanksgiving holidays- vacations we reminisce about often and will never forget. We very much appreciate Uncle Frank making those happen for us.
We are so glad we were able to see Uncle Frank during our most recent trip to Florida.
