Ever since Elena and I came to The Plantation in 2007, George and Irene have been good neighbors and friends. We have shared dinners and many Family stories and George has always been a very close mentor since we arrived. He always had a laugh to share at any event. A good Family Man who you could always ask anything. George God Bless You and keep you. We will miss you.
Irene and Family, I have only known George for the past 8 years, but whenever I saw him, he would put a smile on my face and I would wait "in anticipation" to hear what was on his mind: sometimes it was telling me something funny; other times he was upset about something and I would listen to his story. I will never forget the last time I saw George. He was driving towards his home and his tires screeched as he pulled the car over to the curb when he saw me. He kissed my hand, held my hand and thanked me for my prayers during his illness. He said he had been feeling exceptionally good the previous few days. I feel fortunate that when I think of George, I will remember seeing his happy face, and also with him being at peace with the world that day. Our prayers are with you, Love, forever, Ann Louise.
