Served with Skip aboard the USS Concord (AFS-5) 1977-1980. I have some outstanding memories knowing and working with him. He is the reason I work with boilers today. Sure wish I could have seen him one more time. Was looking for him on Facebook when I learned of his passing. One of the hardest workers I've ever worked along side…worked pretty hard on liberty too!
Skip I knew from the moment I saw you we were going to be best friends, and that we are. You are one of the Kindest,Loving, any Good Hearted persons a puppy could ever have. You are dearly missed.and always know your gift of sincerity and compassion you have shown me will be shown to mom and dad. I will comfort them, as we honor you life. dog kisses, and paw hugs Sebastian
Words cannot express how saddened we are for the passing of our dear cousin Skip. Memories of the summers spent at Neebish Island will always be with us. Uncle George and Aunt Lee, Mike & Chris, Marla & Robby you are in our thoughts and prayers.Pam
Thank you Pam, Skip always enjoyed the time he spent with you and your family out on the curvy roads on cow run.
"Sleep softly, Skip, rest in peace. This is not an ending, but this is actually the beginning of your new life. this is not death, but this is your birth into eternity. You will always be in our thoughts and hearts and we will always long for the time that we would meet again, Goodbye we love you very much Marla and Robby
