I have such fond memories of the times I got to spend with Mr. Johnston when I would come "home" with Shanna during college. He always made me laugh and made me feel right at home. I always remember the wood piled up in the garage from him making little wooden angels and trinkets, a few of which I still have! They are items that I will treasure forever! Anyone that was ever able to meet Mr. Johnston was considered a lucky person in my opinion. He was one of a kind. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. "If you could see me now, I'm walking streets of gold. If you could see me now, I'm standing tall and whole. If you could see me now, you'd know the pain is erased. You wouldn't want me to ever leave this place. If you could see me now".
