HJ, you were one of my mom’s dearest friends, and visiting you both at the courthouse was such a delight as a little girl. You always gave me a spin in your work chair! I just found your obituary as I was searching for you to let you know of my momma’s passing... I guess you two are already back together in heaven!
HJ you were a special addition to our family when Grandpa Haney and you were married. Remember the first time we met you. Knew then you were special. Your laugh is so sweet, will always remember it. Great memories when we lived around the block and rode our bikes to see you guys. Treasured the visits you made to NY. Loved all the calls. You never missed calling us on our birthdays and holidays. You always made your great grandkids day, by remembering them on special occasions and big events in their lives. You are going to be missed HJ. However happy for you, you are with all your family, loved ones and friends who have proceeded you to Glory Land. We will see each other again, so till then XOXO Granny HJ, we love you! When HJ married my grandfather she became a special part of our family and our hearts. One of my favorite memories is when we visited her and she spent the afternoon at the beach with us playing in the sand and looking for sea shells. That evening my son lost his first tooth so the tooth fairy visited him at Great Granny HJ’s. I also remember the fun times we had the year we were able to get HJ to join our whole family at Mom and Dad’s for Christmas. My two sisters and I and our families, along with both of Mom’s brothers and families, and my Dad’s mother and brother all enjoyed many fun times and all the Christmas excitement together.HJ was a very sweet thoughtful lady. She always remembered birthdays and holidays with cards and phone visits. She always signed her cards...Much love, HJ XOXO. Granny HJ, you were a great addition to our family when you married Grandpa Haney. With your visits to Kentucky, New York, and being your almost backyard neighbor in Lehigh Acres we sure have a lot of great memories.
There are so many from the Haney side of the family across the US that love you and will always treasure you, your kindness, your smile, and your laughter.

Auntie Jean was one of a kind! I last saw her when I came to Florida three years ago! Andy, my son was with me and his family! They loved her immediately! She was so kind and loving to me when I was growing up! Made everyone feel special and loved! Rest In Peace Auntie Jean! The world lost a gem but the Angels gained a treasure!! What an honor to have known this beautiful lady. I so enjoyed our Sunday morning chats about times and places in Ravenna, Ohio. Always amazed me how many people we both knew. Her family was her pride and joy and she never missed an opportunity to embrace them in our chats. I feel confident there is a card game going on in Heaven with Claire Jean (my mother-in-law) and Elta. It's also comforting to know she is with her sister Ginny.
Aunt Helen Jean has left those she so dearly loved with so many wonderful memories that will carry you through this. Know you are in my thoughts an prayers.
