I met Earl later in life. I am so thankful that we had the chance to not only meet, but to also get to know one another with our ongoing visits, meeting Loerita, such a loving soul, and Margaret, Lacey, Helen and Beth. Dad went so far beyond just a brief meeting. I appreciate him, his family, their spouses and kids. I will always have one of your crosses hung on my living room wall and a pine tree on display during the fall and winter months. Thank you Earl. Lots of love,
Kate
I just saw this and am so sorry to have missed his service. We worked together at FM&M for many years. We exchanged Christmas cards for many years after my family moved to Georgia, so we kept up. Earl was a true Southern gentleman, and a man of honor and integrity. He was loved and will be missed.
Earl was a great friend to Allison and I. With he growing up in Tennessee we had a lot in common. Talked about farm life, fishing, hunting and dogs. He and I would go on excursions around Ft Myers to Bass Pro, the gun shop in Naples and Matlacha, Pine Island and various restaurants. I will miss him dearly.

We had such a Great, Sweet Friendship with Earl and Loerita over the years. They both enriched our lives with Spirituality, Love and an Unending Deep Connection that We Treasured with all our Heart. Our Ft Myers and NC mountain connection was all just 'icing on the cake'. We Love You and You are Missed more than ever. We are picturing your Great Dance in Heaven as You are both together. God Bless !
