We are sad that our Uncle Jack passed away, but we are so thankful and are at peace that he is with our Lord Jesus Christ and with Poppop, Mommom, and Uncle Bob. We love and miss you all! I have been Jack and June's pastor for the past eighteen years – I also was pastor to Jack's mother Rose – what a blessing they have been to the congregation of Fort Myers First Church of the Nazarene. Their generosity, their love, their caring has touched so many lives – our children's ministry, youth ministry, missions, choir, building plans, and so much more. Jack was a dear friend – he loved the Lord – we had many talks about heaven – he shared with me how his parents were saved – he was so proud that his children and grandchildren were serving the Lord. I was able to visit him and pray with him – and remind him that heaven waits for us. It was a joy being Jack's pastor.

I have not seen cousin Jack very often over the years, but I have very fond childhood memories of playing baseball, running through the woods, swimming and later hunting with him and his brother Bob. He was a great guy and my sympathies to June and the rest of his family.Dennis Ayers
