I just loved watching Janet watchHer grandson play baseball and her son coach ! She would come to each game with her cushion and a smile! She cheered …she spoiled the other kids at the snack bar …and she always looked so put together and beautiful even though her body was fighting . She was an amazing example to me as a 3 boy mom also and she would tell me "survival stories" on how to raise them and be proud! Our deepest sympathy to Janet's family for their loss. Janet was a dear and devoted friend to us – we met as neighbors in Vernon, New Jersey in 1978. We will always remember her laugh and positive attitude. She loved to garden and decorate and she was the best. We will never forget when the Hayes family moved to Sanibel in 1989 – they pulled out of our drive in Manahawkin with a U-Haul on the hitch of their car – it was filled with Janet's plants. That was very important to her to take all her house plants. She will be greatly missed by many – we feel so very blessed to have shared a friendship with her. Barb and Chip Cutler
