I know my post is very late but I didn’t learn of Jeana’s passing until recently. Jeana and I worked together for a few years in Pensacola in an alternative education program. We spent much free time together and she was actually in my wedding in 1991. We spent a LOT of time together at establishments on Pensacola Beach! Given her Southern accent she was able to make my one syllable name into two or three syllables! I am so shocked and saddened to learn of her death.

I met Jeana when both of our children were at Edison Park. We immediately connected and I invited her to join my tennis team. We played tennis a few seasons and she was always so fun and gracious on the court. I lost contact with her over the years and was so sad to hear she had passed away. She will live on through the wonderful memories of all her family and friends. My condolences to her husband and children. May God's strength help you through this most difficult time.Becky Yance.

Jeana was a sister of mine in Chi Omega at FSU. I have the most wonderful memories of her, all with laughter and happiness involved. She had the sweetest smile and I was so very sad to hear of her passing. I wish her loved ones God's blessings for comfort and peace knowing how loved she was. I recently passed through her hometown in Mississippi and was telling my family of her. I will remember her always…in my heart she shall remain.
