Jeana Blair Feazell Crevasse's Obituary
Jeana Blair Feazell Crevasse, a longtime resident of Fort Myers FL and a native of Pascagoula, MS, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2015. She was born December 21, 1962 in Meridian, MS and moved to South Mississippi as a young child where she grew up in Pascagoula. After graduating from Florida State University she went to work in Pensacola, where she met and married Clay. Shortly thereafter, they moved to Fort Myers and started their family. Jeana loved being a mother and laughing with family and friends. Her appreciation of beauty led to a love of art and poetry and she found joy in a beautiful sunset. She brightened many lives with her sweet smile and always showed genuine kindness to everyone she met. She is survived by her husband, Clay Crevasse; her daughter Julia Crevasse of Atlanta, GA; her son Clayton Crevasse, who attends the University of Florida: her stepson Brian Crevasse (Katie) of St. Augustine, FL; her grandchildren Peyton, Lily and Will Crevasse of St. Augustine, FL; her father James Feazell of Grand Bay, AL: her sister Tem Feazell Shields (Francis) of Ocean Springs, MS and a large number of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jessie Morgan Feazell, and her brother, Kim Morgan Feazell. A memorial service for Jeana will be held Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 3 pm at St. Hilary’s Episcopal Church at 5011 McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Mayo Clinic Research in memory of Jeana Crevasse at www.mayoclinic.org/donatenow or mail to Mayo Clinic, Attn.: Development, 200 1st Street SW, Rochester, MN 55905.
