Joan Keller Juralewicz's Obituary
Joan Keller Juralewicz, age 72, passed away March 22, 2017 in Health Park Hospital from ALS disease. She was born in Elizabeth, NJ, August 24, 1944. And was Associate Dean and professor of education at Worcester University. She is survived by her husband Richard S. Juralewicz and spirit daughter, Jon Marie Woolverton. She was an avid golfer, walker and dancer. She was a graduate of Montclair State and Seton Hall University and earned a doctorate in education from Rutgers University. She was a recognized golf enthusiast at Fenwick Country Club in Saybrook, CT where she was champion two years in a row and “B” Flight champion at Shell Point Country Club in Fort Myers, FL. Donations may be sent to ALS foundation in Cambridge, MA. Funeral services will be held, 5:00 PM, Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33907. Visitation will be from 4:00 – 5:00 PM, Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
