Kenneth Jack Becker, 91, of Fort Myers, FL, passed away peacefully, on June 13, 2025. Born in Dorset, Ohio on January 19, 1934, Ken grew up on the family farm and graduated from Dorset High School in 1952 before marrying Darlene Read Obituary
Mr. Ken. Although we know you are at peace now, we all will truly miss you, you became such an important part of our family and thank you for that. Thank you for all of the great times with our family but most of all with our mother, who cared for you so deeply. She will forever miss her dancing partner. Rock the Heavens my friend. Condolences on the passing of Ken, your father and my ‘pappason’. You all have been my second family for decades…. I have such awesome memories of times in Orlando, the Gulf Coast, Highlands Hammock, the Space Coast, the Smokies and visits you all have made to the Rockies. I will miss Ken, he was such an awesome guy and major influence on my life. Thank you for sharing him and your mother with me over these years. I have so many wonderful memories of Ken and Darlene (for they were almost always together in my memories) from their home on the canal to travels to Ohio to visit family and friends to a few holidays (England and Finland stand out the most).
