Larry Schuetz, 91, of Ft. Meyers, Florida, formerly of Sioux City, Iowa, passed away at home Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 at St. Columbkille Church. Interment will be in Ft. Myers Memorial Read Obituary
I was greatly saddened to hear this news. I relished my time at Sioux Honey, and Larry and Jean were so supportive of me long after I left there. I loved going out to your property on the 4th of July. I miss those times. While I was at Sioux Honey, I seemed to have learned something new every day. There were a lot of curious minds there. Rest well, Larry.
My sincere condolences to everyone. May the beautiful memories you have of your beloved husband, father, and grandfather guide you and comfort you through the sorrow. (My daughter, Michele Hansen Danielson, and Carol were school friends. Carol was her Maid of Honor when Michele married.)

Larry, Jean, and family have been an important part of my entire life. His children, my brother, and I have grown up together and our families have experienced many fun times. I am saddened at his death but know also that he has had a wonderful life with his loving family so close to him. I also know that there will be no need for any background check as he reaches the gates of heaven. To my knowledge, he has been one of God’s followers his entire life and has done many acts here on earth exhibiting that. God speed Larry.
