I am shocked & sorry to learn of Larry's passing. Just learned via "divine intervention" of his passing(6 months late) but wanted to express my thoughts & condolences to his family & friends. To me, Larry was a man of great character…. & a bit of a "character" too. I always liked "Uncle Larry"…. he will be missed. Larry Moore
A good friend for 70 yrs. and a loyal patient for 53 yrs. He always managed to greet me as "Tootsie" the name he coined for me in 7th grade. I'll always cherish those times we spent together,even the boating trip where I got so seasick. They're all gone now,leavinga sense of loss,but so many good memories. Larry and I were forever childhood friends, school mates and family buddies. I am so saddened by his passing. I always felt I was part of his family. Larry was extremely successful in business and one smart guy. I was so proud of his accomplishments. I know he' s keeping the bench warm for our reunion in the hereafter. Larry always had a quiet "Cool" about him, a steady attitude, a guy who once said to me, "I was voted least likely to succeed." Right! Larry was nothing if not successful, but to me, his success in business, as great as it was, was nothing compared to his success as a man; a truly great human whose contributions to S.W. Florida are obvious and many. He will be enormously missed.
