Thanks for sending this nice tribute to Martha. I went with Martha as she completed walks in several states. We went to Hawaii one month after 9/11, with Billie and my cousin Rosilyn. Everyone who had signed up for the trip (25) showed up in Las Vegas, except for a couple from England. After we finished the walk in Hawaii, we went to tea at a hotel on Waikiki Beach–the 4 of us sat on the big veranda overlooking the Pacific–we really felt wealthy!
I remember the times when Jeannette, Billie, Marsha and Sue got together at grandpa's home in Liberty. It wasn't often but it is a great memory.
As I said before, she was a grand lady. She will be missed.
