Mary was a lovely person — a real class act. She was warm and trusting but could also be assertive. We can still hear her saying (with a smile) "Oh, Allyn" when Allyn would let out with some non-politically correct but accurate remark. They were a good team.Loved our trips to England and South Bend, Ind. What can one say? She supported us as newcomers to St. Pete. A fabulous person.Our condolences to the family.Mack and Susan Hicks
Dear Becky and family,Thinking about you at this sad time. I have many fond memories of your Mom and I remember when I first met her thinking how beautiful she was with her hair up in a bun and wearing a pretty floral dress. It always seemed to me like she had stepped right out of a TV series. Hard to get anything past her though…she was wise to the tricks having raised 3 girls! She was kind soft spoken and always made we kids feel welcome. She and Dr Giffin were a perfect pair and I'm glad they are back together again.Amy (Williams) Simpson
