Mary Elise Gonzalez, I was Activity Director at Lehigh Acres Health and Rehabilitation Center,where Mary resided while she was receiving her Physical Therapy. She truly was a very special lady with infinite wisdom. She would always talk to me about "family" and to "appreciate them". She and i had such a special connection that she affectionately called me "son". My sincerest condolences go out to her family. She was truly loved by all of us here in our community. My Sweet Mary, My Special KI had the honor to take care of Mary on many occassions when she was here at Lehigh Health and Rehab… I loved Mary, she was one of my sweetest patients, but also funny and always seemed to make me smile every time I seen her, I nicknamed her "Special K" " because she loved special K cereal but mainly because she was so special. She loved her daughter and son Frankie so much and also her grandson (frankies son).
