Michael was a man I’ll forever hold dear in my heart His joy for life was more than infectious! Unabashedly the #1 fan of Barry Manilow, best Disney World guide and master of fun! He made you feel like you were the most important person in a crowd of hundreds. It breaks my heart to find of his passing. May his family have peace knowing their son touched at least one person’s heart in a way that will always remain wonderfully remembered.
Debbie- He was the same Michael knew in Orlando, Florida. He was a wonderful friend and so loving to my young daughter- her best buddy! What a gift he gave us! So sad to find this.
I just read about Michael's passing and am deeply saddened by it. He was a wonderful friend to me and my young daughter Caitlin while we were living in Orlando, Florida. He was so loving and caring to both of us. So grateful for his friendship and that we got to visit with him in Fort Myers years later when my daughter was 12. He was such a dear person with an amazing sense of humor. He was kind to everyone he met. Blessings to his family and all those who knew him.- Sue Taylor

Michael truly exemplified kindness and compassion. He was charming and funny at the same time. He could disarm you with his smile and what ever your issue or situation you knew he was going to make it right. Michael was fun to be with and it wasn't hard to see that he enjoyed life. Michael was always very cheerful and tuned in to the needs of everyone while at work. He oversaw many meetings I, or members of my team, were a participant of, made it a point to make everyone feel welcome and was extremely detail oriented all while making you feel like you were a long time good friend. I met Michael in 1983 when I came back to Pennsylvania as a young single mother. He was an amazing friend and a mentor to my two young children. He loved them and treated them as if they were his own. My daughter was 5 at the time and she idolized Michael. He use to ask her who she like more him or Michael Jackson.? My son followed Michael everywhere, he was the piped piper to children. Michael loved to play silly tricks on the kids but they loved it. He would come over and spend time with my children everyday. Once Michael moved to Florida both my son and I visited Michael. When Michael came home to PA he would often call me and we would get together for breakfast. I ran into Bobby a few weeks ago and he said let's tell a selfie and send it to Michael, he will love it. I hesitated but did it anyway. Now I am happy I did. I will never forget Michael and all the love, kindness, and humor he brought into our lives. Bobby, Suzanne I am so sorry for your loss. Brian and family…We are so sorry for your loss. Michael was always very kind when we visited the Holiday Inn for dinner and/or a drink. We always appreciated his going out of his way to pay complements to our son, an employee of his. He always made us feel special by his simple act of kindness.
