Miriam M. Yaeger's Obituary
Miriam M. Yaeger, 94, of Fort Myers died peacefully July 30, 2015 after a long healthy life. Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 1589 Colonial Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33990. Family will gather with friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Memorials: charity of the donor’s choice Miriam was born June 4, 1921 in Tiffin, OH, the daughter of Joel C. and Mary (Kopp) Krumlauf. She married Evan R. Yaeger, her husband of 57 years. Together they and their two children moved to Naples in January 1957 and then to Fort Myers in 1959. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church for many years. She served as elder, deacon, moderator of Presbyterian Women. Miriam was a registered nurse in the state of Ohio and Florida and retired from Lee County Health Department and Lee UNS. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Joel W. Yaeger, Naomi K. Yaeger; sister-in-law, June Johnson; and the Stevens famly of Bonita Springs.
