Scotty, Cathy, Tom, & Becky–During my senior year at Ft. Myers Senior High School, I was blessed with your Mom as my homeroom teacher. What a nice way to start each school day! She was such a warm, inspiring, attractive lady! I am grateful for my fond memories of her, & of you, her fine family. I am very sorry for your loss. As a Junior and Senior at Fort Myers High School I was blessed to have Mrs. Cornwell as one of my teachers. She was soft-spoken as well as beautiful. When graduation time came along in 1966 she had become my favorite teacher. A couple of years ago in a restaurant with her family I got to speak with her briefly and express how she influenced my life in her teachings.
