What an awesome man! I enjoyed working with Norm at South Trail for many years and even shared an office with him for a while. Norm was always willing to help others and had a heart as big as his gentle smile. I was so impressed by his ability to fix anything and I often said if Norm couldn't fix it, it wasn't broken! My thoughts and prayers are with Rae Ann and family. God Bless.Bill Proce
My deepest sympathy to all the family, especially Rae Ann. I knew Norman to be a kind, gentle soul and he was blessed to have shared 24 years with you by his side. Words are not enough, but will praying for strength, courage, and peace to carry you through. God bless all of you.Patti Taylor
We only knew Norm for a few months, but he was the nicest neighbor I have ever had. Always said hello and willing to chat, and took such pride in his home, which shows the great character he had. You could tell how much love was in the home. We will miss you Norm. Rae Ann our prayers are with you, Barney, and your family during this time.

I will miss your cheery, funny personality every friday. For eight years you have come into Perkins and made my day. You will be truly missed, gone too soon but never to be forgotten. Donna from Perkins
Rae Ann – You, your family and friends are in our thoughts.I will remember and think of Norm every time the house, car or the boat needs attention. Norm was a great sounding board to run something mechanical by. I am glad that we were able to spend some time together. If the truth be known, I bet he thought I was Archie Bunker? Also, the Friday night get togethers were a hoot.As one pilot to another, Norm has gone West.Bob and Nancy
Jeff and Stephanie–Your National Park Service family here in Ohio is thinking about you during this difficult time. Arrye Rosser
Norman, I only knew you a little over a year, but you were a kind, gentle soul who could fix anything in my house. You were a comfort to have around and I always knew I could depend on you to help me with anything. You always had a smile on your face and whenever I saw you, I knew everything would be OK. You reminded me so much of my father, strong and quiet, and always willing and able to help. I will miss you greatly. Thank you for everything you did for me. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers. I'm sure you will fix everything in Heaven! I'm glad I got to know you. Joyce Kimball Cape Coral
