“Granny Norva” was a very special person to all of the Meyers family. We girls always loved sneaking through the woods to watch for her to come out on the porch so we could talk to her about “Fast Jack from Down Back,” the chipmunk, or bring over a baby goat to show her. After you all moved to Florida, she was so sweet to continue keeping up with us through letters and email. The summers she visited Caughdenoy and stopped by our house for a few hours were highlights for us; we would look forward to the visit for months ahead of time. We were all very sad for ourselves to hear that she had gone, but we are very happy for her to be Home with Jesus. We will be praying that God blesses you with a special awareness of His love during this time!
