r.i.p Baby, i still miss you to this day
I'm so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as the comfort found in Godâ??s word the bible. Romans 5:12 says, "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, â??And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.â?
I only had the pleasure of meeting Patrick a couple years ago, but am very deeply saddened to learn about his passing away. Patrick was very kind, generous and caring , along with being very humble, and willing to help others. He loved his children, family and friends and was a very hardworking, fun loving, and loyal man. I would like to talk with Patrick's son Scott, or daughter Kelly. If they can please contact me at (203) 650-3942… Jim Duch
He has achieved success who has lived well, laughed often and loved much:who has enjoyed the trust of pure women, the respect of intelligent men and the love of his children;who has filled the niche and accomplished his task;who has left the world better than he found it;whether by an improved poppy,a perfect painting, or a rescued soul;who has never lacked appreciation of Earth's beauty or failed to express it;who has always looked for the best in others and given the best he had.Whose life was an inspiration;Whose memory a benediction.
Scott, What a shock to learn or your fathers passing. I met you at the Sarasota fishing tournament about 5 years ago. Your father won. What a gracious man. He gave all his winnings to his Captain Craig. That was very out of the ordinary but just the way he was. Quick story. I met your father about 10 years ago selling boats at the Ft. Lauderdale boat show. Some how it came up that I had sold the Galloway's their boats. He said anyone that is a friend of theirs is my friend as well. We were friends from that moment on and he bought his Vikings from me after that. We also fished together in Costa Rica several times. Your dad was a true gentleman and I feel privileged knowing him. If there is ever anything I can do for you just let me know.Best personal regards,Ron Hirshberg
So true and well said my Friend
Bud,What a fantastic memory that day is,I was along that day, When Patrick saw your Staggerwing Beech on the ramp that day he almost fainted! Our Dad had been a pilot and we had been to Creve Cour Airport many times, but that day was so special to Pat,Your Staggerwing was at that time to Pat and myself the absoulute top of the line most famous plane that one could lay eyes on,he was so excited!! Pat came over to me and said…come on Mike we are going for a ride!! I remember as you took off and the expression on Pats face,Wow! as you ran up the engine and down the runway we went! after we left the ground we marveled at the landing gear coming up,gear driven! that big back seat was so comfortable, that huge engine was so loud! and you managing everything in the pilots seat,I was amazed at your talent and skill! after we landed,I remember how excited Pat was! we talked about that for evermore, that was a big day for Patrick! His love for aviation that was in his heart on that day was so inspired,You were very generous to share your love of aviation on that day with Scott and Patrick, I am so happy that Patrick was able carry that inspiration thru his life, he became a very good pilot, litle did you know that at that time what you did for him would mean so much,But i can tell you this,Patrick put his heart and soul in that painting, that was his way of showing you how much he cared, May God bless you Bud ,I am sure Patrick is still flying, even now…. Lit a candle in memory of Patrick Logue
Pat was such an amazing person. I remember so many fond memories we had together. I met him back in 1991 after I had graduated from high school. I worked for my mother at her mortgage company and Pat was selling homes for a Cape Coral builder. He took me under his wing and taught me how to be successful. He made such an impact on my life and treated me like his son. He was the father figure I never had. I will always remember the fun times we had at work and play. We would go fishing and always take his plane to lunch at sharkeys in venice. He pushed my limits constantly even making me fly his plane. I believe he was put in my life at the time because I really needed someone to make me realize I had something to offer. Even though we haven't seen each other in 15 years the news of his passing has left a hole in my heart. He was an incredible person and father. I will always remember all the times we talked and laughed. He will be missed by so many because he touched so many lives in such a positive way. I will always love you Pat
