I was told of Paul's passing this past Friday, 10/12/12 and felt obligated to offer my condolences to his family. I am a former banker from South Louisiana and met Paul during the late 90's as we served together on an advisory committee for Bankline, a computer software company. He and I hit if off immediately and a friendship was formed. We were the only Catholics on this committee and we had established a rule that Paul and I had to attend Sunday Mass before any meetings were held. I last spoke to him a few year ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this difficult time. I know that he was a man of faith and a caring family man. He often spoke of his family. Frank J. Bourgeois

Jeanne and family, I am so sorry we lost Paul. He was a good friend, and such a good person. When Paul started his 'blog" a few years ago about the Red Sox, I didn't know most of the recipients. Since his passing we have been sharing stories about Paul. I have found out his other friends range from High School to Bryant to the Y and then to his work career plus neighbors and just good friends even including a Yankee Fan. That was Paul. If you knew him you loved him.It didn't matter how you met him or where you knew him from, he drew people to him. Paul is with Jesus, and Jesus will be at your side to help you through these difficult days. May the peace that only God can bring be with you and your family. John

Dear Jean, Willy,my mom and I were, and still are, in shock at this terrible news. While we knew he was ill, we were confident he would be OK. After all, he was young, active and so well-loved. We will always remember him with great affection and gratitude. I cannot forget how both of you were so good to both my parents when you were neighbors on Brook Drive. When my dad passed away, I felt comforted that my mom, I knew, could always count on you. There was nothing Paul wouldn't do to help and I can't ever express how much that meant to me. We are thinking of you at this very sorrowful time. Please take comfort in knowing that Paul is there, everywhere you look, watching over you and the children, keeping you safe. How fortunate all of you have been to have had him in your lives.

Jeanne and Family, this was a shock when Gene Spring told us. Its not often you meet someone like Paul, a guy whos as easy to talk to as he is to joke with. Paul would do anything to help out. He had a zest for life, and his Boston red sox. We are so Sorry for your loss and we will miss him.
