Phillip Allan Clemons, 78, died peacefully on the morning of September 24, 2025, at his home in North Ft. Myers after a prolonged struggle against leukemia. Phillip was born in Havre de Grace, Maryland and grew up in Martinsville Read Obituary
Goodbye, dear friend. I will miss your afternoon visits and our long philosophical discussions. I will miss your grin when I’d drop a zinger on a politician or local figure that we shared an opinion on. Most of all, I will miss a good friend, who never failed to care, no matter what.
Phillip Alan Cleamons was my uncle, may he R I P! My fondest memory of my Uncle was when I was in 6th grade, I was in the play Cinderella, and I needed a dress, and so me, my mom, & Phil went to a strip mall, I showed my mom a dress that was hung up in a window in one of the stores, my mom said she didn't have the money for the dress, and my uncle said that he seen a dress I may would like hung up in a store window, he went and got it and it was the same dress I wanted, mom again said she didn't have the money, so he bought it for me, and even though I wasn't playing the part of Cinderella, I definitely felt like I was Cinderella!
