So many dear and wonderful memories of Ralph and his family starting in Orange New Jersey continuing in St. Augustine Fl. Marygrace & Marty
My name is Nancy Formato – our family (7 kids) lived at 56 Bell Street in Orange, NJ. We were next door neighbors to the Jannelli's. I fondly remember all the times I would rambunctiously run into their house, like it was my own, and never did he yell, or raise his voice or say any unkind word to me. Ralph treated me like a second daughter – gentle and kind. I had sleepovers with Marie and Anne would make breakfast and other treats. Mostly during summer days we would have a pitcher of homemade Iced Tea. More than these "things" they were always loving and king and hospitable, and to an unruly girl such as me, it was a blessing and a haven of joy. Ralph and Anne were the very best neighbors a young girl could have wanted, and so much more. The Holy Bible, Proverbs 10:7a says "The memory of the righteous will be for a blessing!" That's who Ralph is to me.
