NOT MUCH TO SAY ABOUT HIM OTHER THEN THAT HE WAS ALWAYS "NEAT AS A PIN" IN HIS UNIFORM.
I started with the Atlantic Highlands Police Department in 1980 as a 14 year old Police Explorer and I am presently the Captain of the Police Department. I remember Captain Davis from my time as a Police Explorer. Captain Davis was a very sharp policeman. We were just going through some old case files and commented on how thorough Captain Davis's reports were. The reports clearly indicate Captain Davis was a great officer. Rest in Peace Captain Davis.
