Robert E. Forsythe's Obituary
Robert E. Forsythe, 80, of Cape Coral, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2015 following a brief illness. He was born December 20, 1934 in Cape Girardeau, MO and moved to Cape Coral in the early ‘90’s. Bob was a Korean War veteran serving in the U.S. Army. He was a retired sales representative in various industries. In his early years, he was affiliated with the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Organization and currently worked for the Southwest Florida Military Museum and Library in Cape Coral. Bob is survived by his daughter, Brenda Arroyo and her husband, Abe of Duluth, GA and a granddaughter, Juliana Arroyo. He was preceded in death by his son, Brian Forsythe who passed away on May 3, 2003. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, April 11 from 1 – 3 PM at the Southwest Florida Military Museum and Library.
