Roderick M. Fritsche, 62, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Hospice House in Cape Coral after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born, March 26, 1949 in East Orange, New Jersey.?á ?á Rod was raised in Nutley, New Jersey by his parents Horst M. Fritsche (passed in ?ÇÖ93) and Irene M. Fritsche (?ÇÖ99).?áHe married his college sweetheart Judith Ellen. Slump (daughter of Ed & Betty Slump of N. Ft. Myers, FL) on Nov. 17th, 1973; they have shared 38 wonderful years together.?áRod and his wife Judi moved to Cape Coral in 1980 where they raised their four wonderful children: ?á Son: Eric B.
