Roy B. Hitchcock's Obituary
Roy B. Hitchcock, 84, of Fort Myers, FL, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2014. He was born April 21, 1929 in Davenport, IA. Since 1990, he has wintered in Fort Myers and has lived here fulltime for the past 15 years. He proudly served the Iowa National Guard and retired from Dahl Ford as Parts Manager. He was a member of the Iowa Square Dance Callers Association and called dances in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Mr. Hitchcock leaves to cherish his memory, his wife of 66 years, Lois A. Hitchcock; his two sons: Robert Hitchcock of Orlando, FL and Steve Hitchcock of Davenport, IA; his grandchildren: Katherine, Jennifer, Stephanie, Valerie and Bethany and thirteen great grandchildren.
