We will surely miss Sylvia. Being the strong matriarch that she was, she will remain with us because she profoundly touched every family member and friend and we will see her thru them.

I met Sylvia in 1984 and we have been friends ever since. My life has been blessed having had her as my friend and "second mother". She is now at peace in the arms of our Heavenly Father.

Thoughts and prayers to the family at this difficult time. May Sylvia rest in peace in the arms of God. She will be missed.
On Sunday mornings I would venture out of class to see Sylvia standing by her seat watching for me with a smile on her face. To me she was such a lovely person. Always dressed so nice. I will surely miss seeing her.
May God bless the family thru their grief.
