Tom took me to my first Red Sox game, showed me the benefits of smart selling beer and being a good manager, and we made fast friends hitting the local Flea Market on Friday afternoons after a few Miller Lites. I miss hanging out with him and Terry Wipf and Tracy Farr after hours at JJ Taylor.
I just found out today from a JJT worker at Publix that Tom had passed. I'm a bartender at a Marriott property, and had the distinct honor of knowing Tom the last decade. I knew Tom took ill, but wasn't able to get in touch with his co-workers the last few weeks due to the Co-Vid virus. I was laid off 2 weeks ago, but that pales in comparison to the loss I heard about yesterday. To Sue, your family, and all the guys at JJT...I send my most sincere condolences. I will try to remember all the good times and laughs I had with Tom at my bar. You and your family are in my thoughts, Tom. Bless us all...

The BOSS. The only time he really yelled at me was when I cut my hand on the paper cutter and screamed some expletives. He was was so mad at me that I made him worry. One of those guys that was good to have on your side. Thanks Sr.
