I am so sorry to hear this. I remember visiting the Nugent's at their 1000 Islands cabin with my parents and siblings. One year, we got run around on a Catamaran at insane speeds. What a thrill. I also deer hunted with George and my dad. Fast forward to now, and I own some ranch land in the Texas Hill Country. We now have guest hunters through Texas Wildlife kids programs. This would not have happened without George and the crew in upstate NY 45 years ago! So, small things, long ripples. My special condolences to George.

I will always remember the boat rides and learning to waterski at the cottage in Canada. I will also remember all the ski trips and lessons, hot chocolate breaks, and single serve cans of Chef Boyardee Ravioli for lunch at Greek Peak, and Ginger trying to convince me that I needed to learn how to clean and gut the ducks George hunted.
