To The Hartwig Families:
A bit late, but my sincerest condolences regarding the death of Walter to the various Hartwig families. Accidentally, Walter and Elisabeth Hartwig shared for a long time the same first names of me, Walter, and my former wife Elisabeth Keil, we are divorced, as a married couple. In a nutshell, Walter and Betty were really good friends to us and very good guys despite having discrepancies in certain aspects and views. They very much liked to travel and visited us many times in Europe. Always showed great and generous hospitality and were open minded.
I will have both, Walter and Betty, in my mind with nice and pleasant moments for the rest of my life.
Without speaking with them, I most likely can this state also for my former wife Elisabeth, and my two children, Viki and Konsti, who also had the chance to get to know them.

I also would like to attach an open source file with some copied pictures especially from Steve, who enjoyed very much his stay with the Hartwig family for a year (1975/1976; the exciting US Bicentennial year) in North Ft. Myers. I hope it works.
