Peggy & Family, we were deeply saddened to learn of Rebs passing. What a great American, Patriot, and Marine Corps Officer. He proudly served his Country and Corps with great enthusiasm . We first met at STC in Salisbury , MD. in 1953. We played soccer together and then he joined the Corps after teaching school. We will keep you and family in our prayers.
