I first met Winnie in 1981 when I started working at the Health Dept. She was always happy and out going. I will always remember last year at our monthly lunch when she turned 99. The whole restaurant sang and wished her many more birthdays. Rest in peace Winnie,Beverly Futch
I worked with Winnie for many years at the Lee County Health Dept (then called) as we were both R.N.'sWe continued our friendship for many years as we met monthly as retires. Winnie was joyful. She loved life, our meetings and any social contact we had. We were planning a 100th day birthday party and she was excited about that. I am sorry it couldn't happen.
