For 16 years, Theresa Bidoul has been a pillar of kindness and care. One of her most humbling achievements was repurposing scratched or damaged urns for families in financial hardship, ensuring their loved ones had a beautiful resting place. The gratitude from those families remains one of her most memorable experiences.

Outside of work, Theresa’s creativity shines. She’s been a hairdresser for 43 years, raises koi fish, sews, and pours her heart into painting. What keeps her motivated? The families she serves.
